How do I log in to view ticket progress?

Just click the 'Sign in' button at the top and then click the 'Sign in with Microsoft' button. Alternatively you can use the same username and password you use when signing in to your RBGE computer. You'll be able to view any outstanding tickets submitted by yourself and update them with any further information.
