How do I join a scheduled Teams meeting from my computer when a room was not invited?

If you have a Teams meeting scheduled that is not connected to a Neat device, you can join through Proximity Join.

Access the meeting through the Teams app on your computer:

Select the meeting and click Join
On the 'Choose your video and audio options' screen, select Room Audio.
Click on the drop down menu that says 'Search for a Room'
Select nearby room, click Join now and the meeting will start on the selected device.
