If you have a meeting scheduled that is not connected to a Neat device, you can join through Proximity Join.

You can access the meeting through the Teams app your mobile device:

1. Select the meeting and click Join.
2. On the next screen, select More join options.
3. Select Join and add a room.
4. Select nearby room, and the meeting will start on the selected device.
