ICT cannot read or monitor your messages or phone calls, and although your phone may notify you that your location can be accessed, this is purely for the purposes of locating a lost or stolen phone. ICT will never obtain the location of any RBGE mobile device unless requested to do so by the owner or the head of People and Organisational Development (POD, previously HR).
