Frequently Asked Question

If you were collaborating with other organisations, you may have been invited to join and use Teams for this.

If this is no longer required, you can leave other organisations in Team with the following instructions:

1. Access Settings:

• Open the Microsoft Teams application on your device.
• Click on your profile picture or the "More" (three dots) icon.
• Select "Settings" from the menu.

2. Manage Accounts and Organisations:

• Go to "Accounts and orgs".
• You should see a list of organisations you are currently signed into.

3. Leave the Organization:

• Locate the specific organisation you want to leave.
• Click or tap the "Leave" button next to that organisation.
• Confirm your decision to leave the organisation when prompted.
• You may be taken to a external web page to use multi factor authentication to complete this process.
  If you don't have this set up, you can cancel the prompt and it should still remove that organisation from Teams.
