Occasionally your phone may receive a system update, and a notification will appear at the top of the screen asking for permission to install it. You should allow this to proceed as soon as time allows, and ensure the download proceeds over wifi (not mobile data).

Note that the update can take up to 10 minutes, during which your phone cannot be used. Please ensure you have access to another phone during this time should you require to make an emergency call.
