Note: Where possible, it is preferred to connect to a secure wifi network instead of using mobile data. This can help reduce costs and usually provides a faster connection. Note: The Moto G8 Power Lite handsets issued by RBGE do not support 5GHz wireless networks.
To connect to a wireless network, either open the Settings app or swipe down with two fingers from the top of the screen (or twice with one finger) to access the quick menu and tap the settings icon indicated with the blue circle below. In the menu that opens, tap Network & Internet and then Wi-Fi to see a list of available wifi networks. After finding the one you want to connect to, tap it to enter the password or other authentication details, then tap Connect
