Spam/Junk Emails

Emails seen as potential Spam may go to your Junk Email folder. Please check if there are legitimate messages in the Junk Email folder on a regular basis. All email attachments are scanned for malicious code before delivery.

If an email contains a web link, the address is checked immediately before allowing access to the website.

Marking a valid message that has been incorrectly moved to your Junk Email folder

Help train the system by marking incorrectly identified messages to improve delivery of subsequent emails.

Highlight/click on the message. Click on the down arrow on the Report Message button in Outlook (top right).

If a suspicious message does arrive in your Inbox, click on the Report Message Button.
