Spam/Junk Emails
Emails seen as potential Spam may go to your Junk Email folder. Please check if there are legitimate messages in the Junk Email folder on a regular basis. All email attachments are scanned for malicious code before delivery.
If an email contains a web link, the address is checked immediately before allowing access to the website.
Marking a valid message that has been incorrectly moved to your Junk Email folder
Help train the system by marking incorrectly identified messages to improve delivery of subsequent emails.
Highlight/click on the message. Click on the down arrow on the Report Message button in Outlook (top right).
Choose Not Junk option.
If a suspicious message does arrive in your Inbox, click on the Report Message Button.
If an email is identified as spam you will get a Spam Notification email where you can click to Block Sender, Release or Review the message:
