Adding a Shared Mailbox

Go to File, click on the Account Settings box and choose Account Settings from the dropdown list.
In the Account Settings window, click on Change:
In the Change Account window, click on More Settings in the bottom right:
In the Microsoft Exchange window, click on the Advanced tab, then Add:
In the Add Mailbox window type in mailbox name (flora used as example only) then OK.
Now you can click OK, Next, Finish, Close.
The mailbox should now be available in the left hand side in Outlook.
