How do I use upload files?
Once you are signed in click on the App Launcher button:

Choose OneDrive from the Menu:

Pick a file or folder by selecting the circle in the upper corner of the item, and then select a command at the top of the page.
With Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome:
- Select Upload > Files or Upload > Folder.
- Select the files or folder you want to upload.
- Select Open or Select Folder.
With other browsers:
- Select Upload, select the files you want to upload, and select
- If you don't see Upload> Folder, create a folder, and then upload the files to that folder.
Save and open files in your Office apps
- Select File > Save a Copy > Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh to save a file.
- Save Personal Files to OneDrive - Personal.
- Select File > Open and then OneDrive, to open a file saved to OneDrive.
How to I manage the files & folders?
Select what to do with a file
- In OneDrive, right click the file.
- Select a command (Open, Share, Download, Delete – more options are available)
Create a Folder
- Select New > Folder.
- Type a name for the folder.
- Select Create.
Search for a File
- Type a word or phrase in the Search box.
- Select a file, or press Enter.
You will find the Search bar at the top of the screen:
