My phone has been lost or stolen. What should I do?

If your phone has been stolen, please notify ICT immediately at servicedesk@rbge.org.uk with any relevant details (i.e. was the handset unlocked at the time of theft?). This will ensure we can secure the handset and block the SIM before any malicious use takes place.
If your handset has been lost, please notify ICT after you've finished looking for it, and we can attempt to locate it.
Note that in the case of loss or theft, locating a handset requires location services not to have been turned off, and permissions not to have been denied.
