you can view other users / room calendars. this is especially useful if you wish to see an overview of what's happening across the garden (e.g. for VWT), or if you want to see the calendars of the rooms you manage.
This method allows you to view calendars, and also, if you have permission to create events in the calendar, and approve / decline existing requests.
to view another calendar:
Click the calendars icon in outlook on the RH sidebar:
Click Add Calendar > add calendar from room list
Double click on the calendars you wish to see, and click ok.
You'll see an overview view like this (note, the view may look different, showing 2 calendars side by side if you only select 1 or 2 calendars)
You may wish to create calendar groups for easier referencing of multiple rooms, for example by building, facilities available, or just ones that you manage. To do so, right click on an existing group and select New Calendar Group
After you give a name to the group, right click on it and select Add Calendar -> From Room List...
You can then select the rooms you want to appear in this group, and can easily view all of them simply by selecting your new group.
