Welcome to the Service Desk for the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. Use this site to open a new support ticket with the DTI team for technical support or Estates and Facilities for repairs and maintenance or check progress on an existing case.

While a recruitment campaign runs for one of our Support Technician roles, IT support services are operating at reduced capacity. Please help us to help you by noting the following changes while we manage demand:
- Please log all issues in the Service Desk Portal. Calls will be prioritised, and you may be issued with an appointment for a later date.
- Lower-priority calls may take longer than usual to resolve.
- Please make an appointment before attending the Service Desk Office.
